The important news for all our customers and friends, past, present and future, is that WE HAVE MOVED TO A NEW WORKSHOP
. We're still in central Aldershot though, about half a mile away from our old workshop. However, our phone and web details haven't changed at all.
WHY HAVE WE MOVED?
Our old workshop building was very old and getting very tired. Our landlord and the Local Authority have been keen to redevelop the site for housing for the past five years or so and during that time we have been engaged in a lengthy search for a new home. Our search has been successfully concluded and we're now delighted to announce our new workshop location effective 1st July 2014.
WHERE HAVE WE MOVED TO?
Not very far actually. Our new address is 2-4 Elms Road, Aldershot GU11 1LJ. The two Rees brothers founded the firm in in 1921 at 38 Elms Road which was our home until 1986 when we moved round the corner to 69 Gordon Road. 28 years later we've moved back round the corner to Elms Road again! This time though we are at the western or 'top end' of the road.
OUR NEW WORKSHOP
We now occupy two adjacent workshop units, one of which has been purpose built for us. The total floor area remains about the same and all our current staff have moved with us. Our labour rate stays the same at a competitive £46/hour and our devotion to providing the best possible service to all vintage and classic car owners remains unchanged.
If your car needs a bit of TLC, a little or a lot, we are pleased to be of service so please contact Andy or Richard for a free estimate without obligation or just a friendly chat.
We know that many of our current friends willbe delighted to hear that the kettle survived the move so a good cup of tea or cofee is always available when you drop in. We look forward to seeing you soon.
